ThermographyOften seen as a specialist area, thermography can be an essential tool in tracking down energy loss. We provide the service for two main areas, although anything which has a heat loss (or gain) associated with it, can be analysed with the latest in thermal imaging cameras. Electrical and mechanical loading - A valuable tool in the preventative maintenance portfolio, thermal imaging highlights areas of loading and high resistance within panels and busbars or mechanical equipment. Action can then be taken to reduce the possibility of malfunction or fire. Heat Imaging - Do you have enough insulation on those cold stores? Where is the greatest heat loss from those kilns? Thermal imaging can quickly provide the answers.
Many companies provide standard reports. However, the majority of our images are tailored to suit the site. Often this will mean providing composite images in order to provide the correct level of detail.
